I bought an One Plus 3 phone Online from Amazon, about a month ago.It was bought by my 2 yr savings and it was my dream phone.According to the company's claim it says "Dash Charge sets a new benchmark for quick charging solutions. A quick 30-minute charge will replenish over 60% of your OnePlus 3’s battery, allowing for 7+ hours of HD video playback."This is a myth.My phone gets turned off before 3 hrs by not using the net and also not watching any video.The phone is extreamly overheated too.I dont trust such company and would definately like to have my money back.Instead of visits to the service centre they are telling they will repair the phone whereas i dont want to repair and use this phone.I would like to give back the phone and would like to have my money back.Hope the government will help me and take necessary actions to sue this type of fraud electronic companies.Hoping for a positive response.Thank You.
