I am writing to file a formal complaint against Dream Home Logistics regarding discrepancies in the charges and services provided during my recent relocation.
On 28th April, I engaged Dream Home Logistics to assist with the transportation of my belongings to Reodar, Rajasthan. Prior to the relocation, I was provided with a quotation of 900 rupees per box by the company representative. However, upon receiving the final bill, I was surprised to find that the total amount was significantly higher than initially agreed upon.
Upon reviewing the bill, I discovered that additional charges for insurance amounting to 2100 rupees had been included without my consent or prior knowledge. Furthermore, the company failed to provide a breakdown of these charges or explain why they were necessary. This discrepancy is unacceptable, as it far exceeds the originally quoted amount and was not disclosed to me during the agreement.
I attempted to resolve this matter directly with Dream Home Logistics by requesting a refund for the excess amount paid, but my efforts have been met with resistance. Despite my repeated attempts to seek clarification and resolution, the company has refused to cooperate or provide a satisfactory explanation for the discrepancies.
Therefore, I kindly request your intervention in resolving this dispute and seeking appropriate redress for the unjustified charges imposed by Dream Home Logistics. I am seeking a refund of the excess amount paid and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused by this ordeal.
