In Sudha Dairy near Sabji Mandi Siwaipatti Thana Minapur block Muzaffarpur district Bihar 843128, the shopkeeper is charging much then the prescribed rate of milk at 55₹, he is charging 56₹ and when I enquired he said, this is the rate arrogantly, we ordered milk from here every single day so it's compensation is more than 1000₹+
