Mobile Auto Restart after Servicing 3 times

Dear Sir,

I had purchase a LFY Water 11 series mobile from your Mini Digital Store, Konnagar on 06.10.2016 but within 2 days it's loudspeaker started problem and finally it not working. So I made a call to their CC for this problem and they gave the address of Konnagar LFY Service Centre. After that I go to your Service Centre for this problem on 12.10.2016 and after 6 to 7 hours later they returned me a new set. But after received this new set a new problem arises in front of me. I saw new set was going automatically restart during the call time. After that I also saw it not restart only Call time, it also restart all time. So that my wife who used this set going to Service Centre, and tell every problem to them. They not found the problem in this time and they advise this problem created for my Aircel Sim which is not cutted properly and remove the Aircel Sim and said change this Sim for solve this problem. After this I removed the Aircel Sim and use my set only with Jio Sim. After 1 or 2 days same problem repeatedly arises. Now my wife again visit SC for this and then the CC take my set and said the hold the set for 1 day. After that they examine and unfortunately not found any problem. After that they call me and said no problem found in this period also they said they do softwaring. Then they returned my set and said after that they sure problem not arise again.

But this restart problem again arise after 2 days in my wife's hand. Then she replied me Please sell this good set and purchase a new another Company set. I tell her for visit to SC and she not agree with me. She not interested to visit SC. In this time22.11.2016 handset restart in my hand when I talking to someone. Then I decided I sell this mobile in any value. On 22.11.2016 I got a call from LFY. This call made Assistant Manager Mr. Avisekh Chakraborty, after a long discussion with him, he advise to visit the Konnagar SC on 24.11.2016. As per telephonic discussion I changed my mind (for sell) I visit SC and meet to him. He also listen my problem for a long time with politely. And he made call for found this problem. After a long time he also found this problem. Then he decided for softwaring another time and retuned set at near about 8.00 pm and tell me he sure it not arise again. But on 24.11.2016 at 9.58 p.m.

After 05.10.2016 (Set purchase date) I visit SC totally 4 times for Same Set and 3 times visit for Same Problem. Every time they update software and returned the set but problem not solve. And all time they signed 2 copy job sheet from me but not returned any sheet to me.

On 25.11.2016, I mail their care@mylyf.com & manager mail ID avisekh.chakraborty@ril.com and Call their CC for that problem. They give me a complaint no 20393974 but still 01.12.2016 they not solve any problem. On 30.11.2016 I received a call from Mr Avishek for visit their SC for 5th time to change motherboard but I not agree with this. Because in 56 days I already visit 4 time so I not interested to visit for change motherboard. I tell Please replace this with a new handset either same model or another model. But they not agree with this. Why I repeatedly visit SC for same problem.

Now please take an action against LFY.
