Dear Sir,
My name is Amit Kumar and my customer ID is 66100467. I am using our Videocon D2H connection for last many years and having two connection with same id. From last 10-15 days my set top box is not working properly as may be some internal technical problem. I lodged my complaint on 06.05.2018 to change my set top box through your customer care number and the executive take up my complaint and told me that engineer visit will be done with in 24 hours. Waiting for 24 hours no engineer visit and nor any sms or confirmation I received from Videocon. Again I contacted your customer care number on 08.05.2108 again the executive gave me assurance that visit will done in 8 working hours. Till after waiting the whole day no any engineer visit will be done. Today i.e. 09.05.2018 I again called to customer care and they lady supervisor (name not disclosed) told me that visit will be before 09.05.2018. I am stilling waiting (as the timing I writing this mail).
I am using your connection for last many days and I think that your not caring your customer seriously, only assurances are given by your again and again. I dont know why it is so delay to attend the customer. My family is totally fed up as they not able to see tv for last 3 days and presently the assurance are given.
Please look into the matter and solve my problem or in case I will have to disconnect your service and look for another service provider.
