Respected Sir/Ma'am,
I am Sudeepto Mal R/O A-42, Jai Vihar, Phase-1, Najafgarh, New Delhi 110043. I am using Videoon D2H for last 4 years and since the first day I am recharging my Videocon D2H on a Yearly basis i.e. 12 month recharge in advance every time because even if there is a hike in the pack which I have opted for, I should not have to bother about that because I have made the payment for the next 13 months (12-month normal + 1-month free) in advance.
But from this month Videocon D2H has removed 3 Vital Sports Channels (Sony Ten 1, Sony Ten 2 and Sony Ten 3) from my pack for which I have already paid (already recharged for next 1 year).
Acc to Videocon D2H customer care executives they are saying that these 3 channels were on a Promotional basis and now you have to pay for that but since last 4 years these channels were there in my pack and there was no such brochure or any written document about these 3 channels that these were on Promotional Basis at the time when i last recharged my pack i.e. New Gold Sports Pack which is of 390Rs per month.
So I want these 3 channels back in my pack at least upto 6th Dec 2018 (this is the last date on which my balance will get expire).

Hello ,
I had recharged one year package" New south patinum HD" which was told to me by your customer care that it will include all HD package. Now when I check Sony ten 1 HD (927) it says "Channel not subscribed".
I was able to see the channel couple of months back. I called customer care they said it was promotional package.. If this was promotional package then why there no update to me over mail or call at time of recharge. If there is any change in policy then this should impact new customer not old customer. If such is the scenario then what is point of recharging New south patinum HD that too for one year.
This is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating for customer like me who has recharge one year package. Even after paying 7500 plus all HD channel are not visible.

We would like to inform you that Sony Ten1/Ten2/Ten3/Ten1 HD channel(s) were being offered as a part of subscription to all our customers on promotional basis till 27th November 2017. However, if you wish to subscribe these channel(s), the same will be available specially for you at a discounted a-la-carte price as mentioned below. We request you to write us back with below mentioned channels name which you wish to subscribe with respect to your current subscription.
