Illegal and unjustified charges levied under Home Loan policy No. PP000092 by HDFC Ltd. Alwar.

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I had the policy number PP000092 which commenced w.e.f. 29th April 2017 for a period of 6 years from HDFC Ltd. and the monthly installment of the policy was Rs. 992/- (Rupees Nine Hundred Ninety Two only). At the time of taking the policy I was offered this policy by HDFC representative for Insurance Cover of my Home Loan with assurance that I will have to pay monthly premium to cover the risk of my Home Loan in case of any unfortunate incident and the policy will continue to 6 years or anytime before that in case I close my Home Loan and I will have to pay only Monthly installment and no other charges if I payout my Home Loan before 6 years.
However, when I paid of my Home Loan, I was threatened that I will have to pay Rs. 43038 (Rupees Forty Three Thousand Thirty Eight) to settle the Insurance Policy, otherwise my property papers shall not be handed over. Although I categorically told the officers of HDFC Ltd. that since I have paid all the dues (Monthly Installments) till March 2018, till the time my Home Loan was going on and hence, there is no pending dues of Insurance policy payable from my side but HDFC Ltd. officers did not pay any heed to my pleedings and fleeced money from me under threat of not handing over my property papers.
Hence, unjustified and unlawful charges imposed by HDFC Ltd. have given me a lot of mental agony and when I approached later to recover the illegally charged amount of Rs. 43038/- (Forty Three Thousand and Thirty Eight only), they are not refunding my hard earned money and sending me pillar to post. Neither they could provide reference of any IRDA/Banking Law under which I have been charged this huge sum. Copy of the receipt of the said amount is attached herewith for your reference.
I would like to reiterate here that I had been paying premium of Insurance Policy till the time of settlement of Home Loan on regular basis and no other charges were due on me. Hence, any charges other than monthly premium imposed only me, is not only unjustified but unlawful as well.
Therefore, I humbly request your kind office to take appropriate action against HDFC Ltd. and have the unjustified and illegally charged amount of Rs. 43038/- (Forty Three Thousand Thirty Eight) refunded to me at the earliest.
