I would like to draw your kind attention towards a long pending unresolved transaction complaint.
My name is Raj Kumar, i am a legit customer of `The Kaithal Central Co-Op. Bank Ltd`, (KAUL Branch Dist. Kaithal) my account no. is 001234001000555 and customer id is 000068195.
Sir, i made a transaction of Rupees 10000 from SBI bank ATM in Kurukshetra on 10-04-2018 at 13:12:43, but due to some technical error machine didn`t dispense the cash but money got deducted from my account. I went to my branch on 10- 4-2018 and tried to file a complaint regarding same but i was told to go to Main branch in Kaithal City by the branch manager. Then i went to the main branch and meet the bank employee (Lab Attendant), he assured me that problem will be resolved within 30 days. Around 50-60 days later Deepak Kumar (mentioned bank Employee) contacted me and ask about the details again, and told me that process is pending from Chandigarh office it will take more time. Then my branch manager filled a handwritten complaint by himself and a mail was circulated too. Sir, since then i am in a continuous process of mental harassment , bank staff is still keep pushing the closure date, ask me to submit details every now and then, even I was told to fetch the ATM statement from SBI Bank of the concerned date (I believe that`s bank`s responsibility). The same employee once admitted that he didn`t even raise the issue hence the delay. But now he is denying all that and is trying to blame me, and try to convince me that money is not even deducted from my account while the same is reflected in my bank statement. Sir , all the related documents are attached in the mail (Text message of transaction, photo copy of complaint, bank statement) for your references.
Sir, i have been through a lot already, kindly look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
