Hello,
On 2 June 2024, I booked a total of 8 tickets for the 15 June 24 show on the Book My Show Application with booking IDs -YBCA00M9ZF9TYT & Booking IDs- YBCA00K2AM2DWP.(a total of 4 tickets in each booking ID)
Due to some error on their app, 2nd lot of tickets got rejected as payment failure.
So I contact "Book My Show " for a refund. But they say that a ticket is issued.
So I registered a complaint regarding the app issue and the ticket was not visible in my app. Complaint ID - #16910131 And -16919506
I am now fed up with the communication with them,
they refuse to refund my money and also do not provide me with the tickets.
request you Please look into this matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
