I have been using an Airtel number since 4 to 5 years now and have been paying my bills on time, some how I missed 1 month and they threatened me for a disconnection. So I went ahead and paid it. Now to charge me "Rs. 100/- late fee charges" every month. for 5 months. Which means they are charging me Rs. 100/- interest every month for Rs. 100/- Balance. My monthly bill is Rs. 470/- and they have charged me Rs. 951/-. Moreover they do not have a Toll Free number that can connect us to the human all the numbers take you to the IVR that does not give an option to talk to the support team. sending an email to 121@airtel.com was waste of time as the support person 'Mr. Narayan' only kept on arguing and hung-up on me. I tried calling again and the number is switched off. Tried to reply to their email and twice it give the Delivery status as failed. This has only wasted my production time without resolution.
