Bus took time for parcels, poor seats with lots of dust, rood response from driver, seat light not working, poor smell from seats
We leave from Navsari at 7 PM. In surat bus putted a stop of 1 and half hour. When we asked driver that this is passenger bus and can not be stopped for this much of.time. Passengers where suffering badly due to bus was stop and passengers where inside. My father is having Parkinson’s and having breathing issue. When I called owner they received call and said they have to stop bust for collecting parcels. I complained for above all and he confirmed that he will talk to driver. Past that calls were not received.
Conductor after taking lots of time was holding bus for finding passengers.
There was no commuting time schedule or any responsibility found for passengers.
Who will take responsibility if some one get serious health issue due to such irresponsible service.
