I have purchased "Get Slim Massager" from "Naaptol online Shopping Pvt Ltd", when received that product It is not working so I make call to naaptol customer care they not willing to refund my amount instead asking me to take "Cash Voucher" and Again they promting me to shop in "Naaptol".
Really I am not satisfied of their product, right action should be taken on "Naaptol online Shopping Pvt Ltd" company.

i ordered one product on naptol ..order id is-27027850..that product very cheap quality thats y i returned that product after 5 7 day's they generated my refund request and on 30th of sept 2016 i ordered 1 more product against my refund ,,order id is--27552537 ..its been 13 day's ,,when i am calling to the customer care to know my order status some one is telling that on 7 th october it will deliver some one is 13 th october ad some one is telling 20 th october it will delivered..on tv these people r telling that naptol is a trusted company but really its a worst experience with naptol ..i will never go through naptol again and i will suggest to my friends also not to suffer like me ..

Mera tablet 30 january ko dilivery ho gaya hai pr usme kuch defalt hai jiski wajah se me us tablet ka use nhi kar pa raha hu . MAINE kai baar naaptol me call kia pr uska koi response nhi mila .
Isliye me chahata hu ki aap tablet ko dekh kar useki kami ya defalt ko sahi karane me meri help kare .

I want my money refund
I have Order Swipe Virtue 16Gb 3G Smart Phone White ( Order No 28320921) cost Rs. 5898/- on 20 Oct 2016 from Naaptol, But I got piece of Marble stone inside the parcel and the parcel was packed from outside but inside brown box was unsealed so does mobile box.
When the delivery boy Mr umesh came in my office to deliver product he asked for cash first so I gave him cash Rs 6000/- but he does not have change so he was waiting, then I opened the box and got marble stone instead of mobile, I immediately called that delivery boy and showed him, he told me to came his office i.e. E-com express kamothe branch.
Then I went there and showed that marble piece to Mr.Nilamber Sahu (Security Officer of Ecom Courier Kamothe branch) he also send mail from his mail id to Naaptol, I called on Naaptol customer care no and talked with Mr. Ashish from backoffice who assured me Refund of my money, he told me to send that marble stone back to their Noida Office for investigation as per their direction I sent it to Noida office from professional couriers (pro premium ---{ PRO4487007 - AMOUNT Rs 350/-) after receiving the product ii continually called them in customer care for asking about the process and for almost one month they were assuring me the refund of my money.
But Today on 21/11/2016 I got call from Naaptol they said that they can’t do anything about it, they investigate and find it was properly sent by them, I visited courier office for asking if Naaptol call them for regarding that marble stone but the courier DSA officer said that they did not receive any call regarding you product.
So The Mr Ashish is not done his proper work of verification,
Lagta hai bina kam kare phukat pagaar leta hai,
bine verification ke Juta bolne ki aadat hai.
Mobile ke badale marble ka pattar deta hai,
ye bhi choro se mila huva hai.
Now Naaptol and their back office executive Mr. ashish not even responding. This is the biggest fraud Naaptol doing fraud with their customers, action should be taken against this naaptol company.

i had ordered a dinner set (81 pieces) from your site. but the quality of product was very cheaper, and size also very small. Then i had returned this product .In replace they given me a gift voucher not cash. i said ok no problem. but about 1 week ago i had ordered a new product mixer juicer & SHOES. but they sent me wrong size of shoes. and they cancelled order of my juicer mixer also sais that the amount on the site was not matched to our company rates. thats why they cancelled it without intimation me . and when i called to your customer care centre they said we can't help you and we can't give your product back to you. also they denied to transfer my call to supervisor. he said it is not possible. after a long time with keeping me hold in between the call he finally agree to transfer my call to the desired person. now the supervisor said the same words as his junior said. his name is MR.MAHESH. AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH HIS WAY OF TALKING AND DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMER. PLEASE DO ME FAVOUR
RETURN MY WHOLE MONEY. I HAD SPENT A LOTS ON CALLS ALSO
