I have purchased "Get Slim Massager" from "Naaptol online Shopping Pvt Ltd", when received that product It is not working so I make call to naaptol customer care they not willing to refund my amount instead asking me to take "Cash Voucher" and Again they promting me to shop in "Naaptol".
Really I am not satisfied of their product, right action should be taken on "Naaptol online Shopping Pvt Ltd" company.

We purchased 10 blanket order but that quality is too bad & very thin. So I returned this parcel to Naptol and I ask them refund my amount.but they says we can't give you cash refund. They says get our voucher & purchase our other product. From last 1week we get follow up but they are not response properly.

i ordered one mens sandal order no-75310074 ,size-6 .but when i received the sandal of size 10 . Then i tried to log complait to naaptol customer care but they say that this cannot be replaced and you will get cash voucher of 50% amount. when i denied the voucher then 7 people from customer care tried to convice me and til now no response from napptol.

Iordered fridge coverfor ₹399 with 5-pouches offer but i received with some defect(stitching is not done properly-unable to fix in wall)i informed the matter to your office no response.
