We had silver membership agreement with likizo services on 27/05/2018 with so many verbal commitments and paid Rs 75000/-. We availed only Kerala tour in November 2018 with additional payment of Rs 7000/-. After that when we tried to call/contact for next tour in April/May 2019, there was no response. Reply received on email that they will communicate later. On dialling contact no, received announcement this no does not exist. When visited their Baner off nobody was there. Now we want to cancel agreement and get refund, but don't know where to complaint.
