Respected sir/Madam,

I have airtel postpaid connection of 9890168251.I am using this no as a prepaid since 2007 to 2015 as a airtel consumer.Then I had convert postpaid Plan in 2015 year .According to my plan 99/- Rs aggrement is that 400 L+S minutes in this plan.But company gives me 300 minutes. And also extra charges in my Every bill when i realise that company applying extra charges I have complaint to Airtel in the period Jan /Feb they agree and refund me 560/- Rs. on the bill period 20 nov 2015 to 20 dec 2015.In this period My sim range stopped and lot of inconvinience I beared and paid total whole bill they refund into my account.Then service start but again they applied me extra charges and does not give me previous remaining 100 minutes in every month .I have many times call to Custemer care but not a positive replay.I have also told him to reduce Extra charges and substract 100 minutes in those months you have given only 300 minutes but not a positive replay. Thats why i had not paid bill.I agree i have used your service and my obligartion to pay bill but reduce my extra charges and minus 100 minutes in those months you have given.
I had very sad with Airtel so give me reduced bill.I will agree to pay and continue my No. with airtel prepaid .I will ready to continue....
