i had ordered redmi 3s prime from shopaaz.com and paid Rs8499 by paytm on 6/5/2017.They cancelled my order on 12th may and promised to refund my amount in 7 days.but till now cant refund my amount.

i had ordered online a phone on 08.05.2017 vide order no. 104762 through www.shopaaz.com. After 4 days a message as well as email has been received from shopaaz due to shipment data not provided by our seller. your amount will be credited to your account within 7 working day. but till date i have neither received my amount nor contacted with shopaaz customer no. 1800 3002 9549. Please solve my problem at the earliest.

No refunds money
Sir I have booked radmi 3s prime (order id 100806) on shopaaz.com on date 03/05/2017 and paid online in debit card 8499.00 and amount is successfully paid but shopaaz.com company did not send any products till 12/05/2017 so this place are not reaches in product . So I have cancelled the order on 12/05/2017 they told me that amount will be credited in 7 working days but no amount is refunded till 18/05/2017
