NOT got the refund by shopping website Amazon.in

I had paid Rs. 553, to online
shopping site Amazon.in on 21/12/2016,
ORDER # 408-9145218-4085136.
I had paid using my SBI Debit Card using online payment.
After 5 minutes I had cancelled this particular Order & till now I have not got my refund.
Amazon.in said that they have generated the refund,
the reference number of the refund is: 74332746357635688068729.
Amazon Customer Center also said me "I should visit bank and dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund."
From my Bank Home Branch- they said they can't do anything with this matter, They said to contact Amazon.in
Neither Amazon.in nor State Bank of India is taking the responsibility of my deducted money!

I have ordered Redmi Note 3 from Flipkart on 11th Dec. but for some quality issues I had to return it on 23rd coz they cant replace it with another model that it was not in stock so they have to refund my money . but till now my money is not redunded to my babk account . I have ordered the phone wirh sbi rupay debit card . I called them so many times but they are giving me new date after date. They gave me 10th dec. And assured me refund will be given in my account by 10th dec 3pm . I will see what will be happening? Good luck to you .
