Respected sir,
With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that my internet connection is disturbed from last 2/3/4/5 days. I am facing trouble as I am having exams and my most of the work is done online and for that, I need a proper internet connection.
I have already made a complaint but no one took any action upon it. I request you again to send someone from your office to check my connection other wise port is my last option. I expect a quick response as satisfying your customers should be your first priority. Thanks

On 13th Feb 2024 my Jio Airfiber connection was installed but till date iam unable access the internet, neither your team is competent to resolve the issue nor you guys are ready for refund under such circumstances the only option left is to file a consumer case against you, coz it seems like your company is least bothered of complaints the urgency you show while taking the payment should continue further also, this is the secret how jio is getting rich day by day you guys are looting common people.
