I have purchased the LYF Wind-2 android phone from the dealer on 14th Dec-16. During purchase, I have made payment of Rs.8700/- While testing the phone it was observed deffective one. Then dealer replaced with a demo phone.(Which phone they used to give demo to other customers) The phone is having 2 sim slots. Yesterday I put the second sim but this is not working. I approached the dealer and requested to replace, as they have sold me the demo phone. But they are denying. I came to know that the phone is made in chaina, below standard phone like spurious product. So request to take back the phone and refund my money.The authentic price of the product is Rs.8299/- but the dealer charged Rs.8700/- from me. The copy of bill is attached it may be observed the change of IEMI number by the dealer. This type of chineese sub standard product may be banned in India, These are not value for money. The dealer is also cheating customer by shelling these product. I lost money & peace of mind, Please take necessary action. They have received the phone The receiving copy is also attached.
Few days back I have received call From Mr.Rahul Sonwane. From Relince Jio, Mumbai. He requested me to visist the Jio Service Center they will help me out but. Today I have visited again they denied to resolve the issue & asking Money for repair. Again the company is harassing me calling me frequently. I have rased the case in http://consumerhelpline.gov.in also. The snap shot is attached.
