Online Fraud Complaint

Hello,
I got a call saying they are form a new startup shopping website and they found my purchase on paytm and they have selected my name as a winner for gifts,
and they also convinced me to do a little shopping on their website (mymantradeal.com) and generate a transaction ID via paying amount using paytm so I shopped about 1000 rs and paid using paytm for his account (7238097806), then he said we will process your order and let you know .
the next day they called and said that I have won a 52 inch LED TV and will be delivered via flight and will have a little video shoot for the promotion of their website and requested me to spread the word about the website.
and then he said TV will be delivered but I need to pay the GST amount that will be around 8,000 for sake of bill generation on my name for the TV, but I already got their intention and told I don't want any gift but just send my order which I shopped for 1,000 rs he said Ok and put the phone down.
Then immediately all phone numbers ( 8512843548, 9971750436, 9870403771) the used to contact me were switched off.

and they also convinced me to do a little shopping on their website (mymantradeal.com) and generate a transaction ID via paying amount using paytm so I shopped about 1300 rs and paid using paytm for his account (7238097806) then he said we will process your order and let you know .
I haven't received any confirmation over my order yet. I have no means to track my order. All the 3 contact numbers including the website contact number are switched off now.
