I was facing Tikona net problem from Month of June , frequent disconnection , lot of downtime and surprisingly during bill generation cycle + / - net was working little better (it could be co incidence)
Finally 24th August (till this time all bills were promptly paid on time by myself) I fed up with Tikona service and sent mail to them
Last payment i.e before mail complaint of 24th August payment made as per below details
Transaction ID= 1117667170TPC240817122135 Payment date 24.8.2017
No response for 1 week (Mail sent on 24th August)
Later sent complaint mail on 7th sep 2017 no response from phone
Got email from Tikona care with service request ID - 1-4902526167 on 7.9.2017
Got email from no-reply@tikona.in on 12/9/17 at 7:58PM that

Its fake service confirmation by Tikona as no one came to home to resolve it Although engineer did called up few days before but never turned up on date committed by him so I don,t know when he came ! what he did ? how problem is solved ?
Service report signature from any of my family member as proof of work done was asked by myself to Tikona but no reply
After that 6-7 email sent to them for their false service completion token complaint and asked proof no one replied
Initially for 2 month all tele callers started calling stating not to disconnect Tikona, apologized for delays etc, I request them to reply to my complaint, Fake service visit by Tikona but no one bothered so from 24th
As of now not a single mail on Service delays , fake service call received from Tikona only thing they want is money
Two calls from Delhi tees Hazari court received regarding payment reminder when spoken about dispute on fake service resolution they had no answer
As per tikona legal jurisdiction is Mumbai , why call is coming from Delhi ? I saw various posts online that this is malpractice done by Tikona to threaten customer and avoid focus on their own customer service support
Net log details for August month shows 121 login session from 2-3 devices at home and surprisingly 61 sessions
Each session around 30-32 minute and that too 1MB standard data usage how it’s possible !
I don,t think customer should be forced to pay
1) When net is not working properly for 2 month
2) When customer complaint is not address for 1 week no phone call from Tikona
3) Service request created but no response
4) Engineer visit shown by Tikona with false claim of service issue closed properly even when no one visited home and no service report signed
5) 4-5 tele calls admitting mistake but demanding money and continuation of services
6) No reply to 6-7 emails from customer team
I need to know from Tikona why should not customer like me should approach consume forums !
