I am really fed up with Tikona customer service. I have raised request with customer care to close my internet connection as I am travelling abroad.
On First call I tell them that I am sure that I need to close internet connection 100 % but they guy are calling me continue to change my decision. On every call, I need to repeat all things start to end which waste my 5 mins.
Actually I come to know that How Tikona cheated with people . Many cases I hard that They send bill after 5-6 months even if you are not using their service . So Just safe side, I started communication with customer care via Mail and voice. But They didn’t replied to my single mail .
Actually 2 month before , I told them to On hold my connection ( name like some study plan) which is having charges of Rs.3/day. The plan was like you will charged Rs.3/day for 2 months and then you can decide whether you want to go OR change plan. This 2 months duration supposed to be end on 5th Feb,2017.
I called on 29th Jan,2017 before due date(5th Feb,2017) and tell customer care that I need to close internet connection. Please generate my bill whatever charged till 29Th Jan. They assured me that we will not charge you any amount from 29th Jan 2017, But Yesterday I received bill on my mail which shocked me. I also received sms today (14th Feb,2017) mentioning bill amount is Rs 483.56
I am 100 % sure that Since 29th Jan,2017, I had make 15-20 calls to close internet connection but every times, they are saying that your connection will get closed in 2-3 days and will receive email.
VERY FRUSTRATING SERVICE. I NEVER SEE SUCH TYPE OF HARRASMENT IN ANY CORPORATE SERVICE. AT ANY COST, THEY WANT TO KEEPP YOUR CONNECTION OPEN SO THAT THEY WILL SEND YOU SHOCKING BILL AFTER 6-12 MONTHS
Please help me to resolve this issue.

Really frustrating service by Tikona customer care.
They are trained to make customer foolish,make customer frustrating so that customer will away from closing connection request and finally charge to customer unexpected bill which is big shock .
See below my mail chain. As I have already paid complete,i am requesting customer executive (ms.Priyanka) to send me confirmation mail that my connection is closed permanently and your and now no more member of TIKONA but as I said they are trained in a such way that make customer foolish, try to make as much as customer frustrating..
See how she is playing with word but not sending me confirmation mail..
I have also recorded all conversation with executive. Any one want please email me !!!

This is my simple request and it's basic formalities when customer care want to confirm about disconnection .
Really Horrible service. Please change your mindset where your service is always gives customer frustrating,irratating irrespective caring customer.
After speaking with executive(ms. Priyanka) I am realised that she was trained about how to make customer frustrated,irritate ,how to make customer foolish and same time make customer connection open .
But I know all such tricks....
So please help here to close my connection..
