But it is not real. I frequently suffer & face the problem with their connectivity and speed issue. I frequently lodge a complaint with their customer care but the problem does not resolve. They always make fake comments that problem has been resolved. They are not serious to provide good service & resolve the problem. Their motto is to make money only.
My recent complaint number is 197006 with M/s Excitel Broadband.
