This gas agency has not delivered the cylinder against my online payment, they changed register no and delivered the cylinder to other person ,never do entry in blue book or no receipt provided to my old mother. there official come and made false video of mother and made entry of delivery in blue book, whereas cylinder not given to her. BPCL GOA giver us number of person to whom they deliver cylinder, this info they got from agency but unable to provide justice with cylinder delivery. unfair practices by this agency entertained by bpcl goa.
