The delivery agent of Disha Gas Agency, a distributor of Indane Gas charged an amount in excess of the bill amount for the second time in row. The first incident took place in November 19 and the latest one in July 2020. The delivery man asked for Rs. 650/- even when the bill amount was Rs. 600/-. When he was asked the reason behind this, he said that the prices had increased. When I further questioned him that the cylinder was booked two days ago and the bill was generated at that time, he did not answer properly and simply insisted that Rs. 650/- was the amount to be paid. As I required cylinder on an urgent basis, I had no option but to pay him. When I asked him for any proof, he neither wrote in the booklet provided by the Agency not provided any signed copy of bill. He just said that there was no need of it. Kindly look into the matter as I had to pay Rs. 50/- extra twice for the LPG cylinder and I'm confident that the similar inconvenience / hardship is faced by other customers as well.
