FRAUD IN NAME OF PAYTM MALL CUSTOMER CARE

Hi sir,
Today afternoon I got call from PAYTM mall Cust Care. thru phone number 090628 57787.
They said that my registered mobile number 9490971441 with PAYTM has won a lucky prize and I need to select anyone prize amongst the four prizes. Copy of their SMS is given below.
Paytmmall.com congratulations your name have been selected for one assured gift.
1. Dell inspiron laptop 16 inch. 2.sony bravia led tv 40 inch. 3.Blue star 1.5 Ton 5 Star.
4.Apple iphone 6s plus. 5. Lg refrigerator 420 Ltr Dubble Door.for further call..(09062857787)
Later they asked me to order items worth 4000/- from PAYTM mall. I went to PAYTM mall website and selected few items worth 4202/-. They asked me details of each item I selected. Later they asked me to pay the amount thru PAYTM wallet. I opened my PAYTM app on my mobile and then they asked Me to pay to a PAYTM bank account number
I typed the bank account number and the amount plus some charges totalling Rs.4333.09 were deducted from my wallet.
Later in evening I sat on my system and came to know that this is the ongoing FRAUD.
SO I REQUEST YOU TO REVERSE THIS PAYMENT FROM THE ABOVE MENTIONED PAYTM BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER AND HELP ME OUT.
Please accept my request and do the needful so that I get my amount at the earliest . I belong to middle class family and have loans to clear.

Sir,
Yesterday A call (Ms. Shivani Mehra) came to my wife's numbre (8080323344) regarding Lucky Draw As A lady asked her that when she had ordered A maggie and clicked on Lucke Draw Icon and her number has been chose for lucky draw and one gift of your choise will be given to You its TV, Laptop, and three more things all she has to do purchasing of Rs. 4000 on Paytm Mall and the gift will be delivered along with your order within two days, my wife did so and now again call from same number came like we have to pay GST (Refundable) of Rs. 11200/- to Govt. then product will be delivered. Now I got suspicious and asked that lady we wont pay any GST and the lady rudely replied that goods and gidt will not be delivered.
This a clear fraud dont know its from your side or someone else, please look into this matter and reply as early as possible

This is regarding Order No. 6343892131 on Paytmmall on dated 22.10.2018. Both the Water Bottles were found defective. So I returned both the Bottles. But the refund which I received in my Bank was only Rs. 268 .I request you to refund the whole amount as soon as possible.

Paytm mall choose 5 lucky winners so I was one of them then they asked me to buy an item worth around 4999/- and GST around 9773/- and they said it can be refunded but till today I have not got anything so they asked to pay again for refundedbutvibrejected and I file case about them and their respected company

Now I called up and said I won't be able to make thos payment so I wanted my refund 5000.00 back.
Later in evening I sat on my system and came to know that this is the ongoing FRAUD.
