COUNTRY VACATIONS- FALSE PROMISES- NO RESPONSE

Hi,

I am Venu from Hyderabad and requesting you to cancel my membership due to bad service of Country vacations(CV) and false statements of their representatives which informed us at the time of joining.
I was communicated by an agent from CV about a promotional offer of their organization, they picked my name from lucky dip and they are going to offer three free bees. they said nothing to be paid and everything is free of cost as it is a promotional offer. I visited the office along with my wife and they said there will be 20 min presentation on CV offers. and they explained about the offers. Agents names: Anil Chowdary and Venu convinced me to purchase a vacation package valid for 30 years, amount to be paid is 55,000/-. They have informed us the card benefits are we can have a vacation of 10 days 9 nights per year throughout India and another vacation of 3days and 2 nights per year. They have almost all tourist places covered under that.
Both the persons informed about the facilities and misleaded us in such a way that facilities and packages that through this membership we can book rooms in 5 star hotel and all facilities are free including SPA, beaulty parlour, club house, swmming pool, marriage function halls and birthday function including decorations etc . They attracted us by discussing about facilities which are absolutely free and misguided us by their false statements and asked us to pay Rs.55000 for membership. Anil gave his mobile number and in case of any doubt asked to call him.

I have logged into country vacations site http://www.countryvacationsindia.com/ and checked the vacations where I was able to see only 3 days and 2 nights.
I started calling Anil chowdary immediately on his mobile number (Anil Chowdary: 9966622452). but he did not respond at all to my calls. I send several text messages. but no response from Anil. I visited the KPHB branch several times where I have paid the amount and got the card. These two persons are not at all available and I was informed that they were working from central office Begumpet and the receptionist always used to tell they will call back us. But they never called back and when I went there repeatedly the receptionist told as per your agreement only 3 days and 2 nights package is applicable.
I started browsing about these guys on google and found many complaints against them They attracted us by discussing about facilities which are absolutely free and misguided us by their false statements and asked us to pay Rs.55000 for membership.

Below is the list of services/ products informed us at the time of joining and actual status is completely false when we visited to use that facilities as they are charging money for every facility.
1.Life long free membership to all the country club resorts and I would be provided a free entry across all their existing clubs and can use all the facilities there, whether it be gym, spa, swimming, games etc. ? Totally false, everything is chargeable and Totally false.
It is a duty of the Sales Team to guide the customers in a right way and not to cheat the customers which is absolutely against the business ethics and code of conduct. Sales Branch Office is offering absolutely different facilities and benefits which have not been confirmed by neither your customer care nor by country club staff members.
Again Vinod: (040-43000509) started calling me asking for an annual maintenance fee so that we will get our holiday and when enquired he told that he will make sure to give 10 days 9 nights package. Again he has called for money but when we try to book, then they changed the word.
I am requesting you to cancel Country Club Membership and Country Vacations Membership right now and refund our money back as soon as possible. Rs. 55000/-
