I paid Rs 399 on the website www.thepancard.com for the correction on my Pan Card. After the payment I didn't received no email nor text confirming my application neither I got any ID to login on to their website to track the status of my application. On their contact us page on their website it ask for login to see their customer support phone number. When I am trying to login by putting my phone number their website notify an error they are currently facing and try again later. This website is owned by the company called Samanta Communication Private Limited. I tried to visit it's website but it's showing that it's under construction. When I google about Samanta Communication the internet is flooded with their scams. This company is running a Google Ad to attract the customer on their website for Pan Card and taking money but in return they are not providing any service. Kindly stay away from this company.
