I have booked a flight ticket from Delhi to Chennai on 6th Nov 2020 with PNR no KQBFEV(Booking ID - GOFLDMTD1B751604653189). Actually my travelling date was on 7th Nov. I have mistakenly selected the date as 6th of Nov. So i called the airline and enquired for the change of date. So airline vistara said that book a ticket on the next day that is 7th Nov PNR No - KRTHVA ( Booking ID - GOFLDMT277341604654838). So i booked a ticket on 7th of Nov. And from Airline Vistara said that they have cancelled the ticket on 6th Nov and for refund amount contact Travel Agency.
Den i called Go ibibo Customer care on same day 6th Nov. And they also Confirmed me after deducting Convenience Fee and Balance amount will be credited with in 7days time.
A valid proof from Air vistara has been sent to servicesupport@gobibo.com. and reply also received from there end stating we will check and get back. But there was no reply from them from Dec2.
Den i called Go ibibo Customer care on same day 6th Nov. And they also Confirmed me after deducting Convenience Fee and Balance amount will be credited with in 7days time.
