Complaint Airtel DTH Regarding 2days not provide service

on 15thy may in day time i see mt TV screen goes blank and i see there is message that u have low balance so please recharge your DTH to enjoy service,i call to customer care and ask why my balance finish so early he said sir some of services activated from your side,i said no i didnt say to activate these service then he check and said u r right sir now i refund your money and within 20min your TV will start and u enjoy channels,i waited atleast 1hour but its not activated then i off my TV,next day due to some work i was in AGRA,same day at 7:30pm i recahrge my DTH with 500rs and then i go to home and chaeck also there is show u have low balance so please recharge i switch off TV then on next day 17may in day time approx 1:00pm i check my TV but its show same that please recharge your TV,i call to customer care ms.pithvi attend the call and said sir we alredy activated your service on 15th may,i said but why i still dont get then she said sir please go to channel 105,i trying to go to this channel in between i see now channel is activate then i said its your fault and u deduct my amount of 2days so please also refund me this otherwise i go to consumer court and i said if its not your hand then transfer the call any of your senior,she transfer call to mr.sanjeev(senior supervisor)i said him i think u know about my complain,he said yes but why u dont call us if u r not getting your channel i said everybody is not free to call again and again,then i said then r u refund my balance or not he said no if u r not getting channel u call us we already activate channel on 15th may,this gut really talking like that is totally fault is by me,he dont give me solution on irritate that why u dont call if u were not getting channel,its really a bad feeling with talking him.i frustrated and shout on him and also abuse because i loose my control then he cut the call.
i only want to know why i pay if i dont get services
