I am using D2H & my customer ID is 7585406.. Today my I am facing error EO4-4 SMART CARD NOT INSERT PROPERLY so that I am not able to see channel but at the same time all advertising channel like 899,900,901,922,1015 &100
All are working properly but my paid channel not working...So i called at customercare he said we have cleared all error at our end pls restart television but channel not start...& he said engineer visit end his charge is 200 RS..& I said why should I pay for this although ur all advertising channel were working properly only channel for which I paid not working end for this I pay again 200 RS..It's not fair deal ...Pls look into this matter
