Dr Sir i m using Videocon D2H service last more than 1yr,I did complaint regarding channel subscription as per TRAI new guideline bcox videocon exe gave wrong information which is subscribe later without any intimation after that when i ask the exe they put my call on hold almost 15-20 min without any response
MY complain num 686268888 and 683152832,Cust id-193396690 Regarding that i talk someone ashwani(senior exe)says will check call recording from their side & will resolve till 7th feb which is not done yet
