Connection not working, It is regarding my D2H connection and operator is Videocon.

It is regarding my D2H connection and operator is Videocon.

My connection number is - 91751785

My connection has not been working since 8th Jul 2018 and I raised a complain about this on 12th of Jul when I returned home from out of station.

Initially customer card people said their engineer will call in 24 working hours and when no one turned up then I called them again on 13th Jul , they again said enginner will contact you in next 8 working hours.

I called them after next 8 hours got finished and they again raised a new complain saying that enginner will contact you in next 24 hours and since then I have been doing same stuff. calling them and getting same response.

it is my worst experience ever in my life with any operator. People are highly unprofessional and they do not listen any thing they just behave like a robot , have some set of fixed response.

They do not have even have any escalation matrics, They have their call centre in tier 2 cities when people even do not know how to talk and what to talk.

When I asked to disconnect my connection right away , the funniest answer I got is they can not do it as I still have got active connection till next month. it means I have to take this torture.

Could some one please take action and look into the matter. I am really helpless at this moment.
