Myself Trivesh Maken a research scholar from NIT Bhopal, I have been using your bike brave heart fat tyre from the past year and it has performed excellent until the day I found it unexpectedly broken from the middle part and without any accident or issues which I reported to the company. I bought it in Gurgaon from Sunder Cycle on 15th August 2020, the bike was used twice to thrice a week from then.I have been overwhelmed with the bike and recommended it to others as well.(They also bought it from the same store) I was riding the bike on a plain potless - hurdle less road and suddenly it broke of from the middle and I was hit badly on the face and both hands and and it hampered me physically and mentally too .It could have been worse, I reported it to the respected director of the company and then we arranged to talk with the manager on the same day of the incident that was 23rd of September 2022, during my conversation with the manager he accepted to replace my bike and later was appealing to be turning other side from the commitment and asking me proof for the same and dodging me with road conditions of the same which prevailed me to write this email. Along with the email I have attached the link to all the video and images related to the incident, the time and the date and also the telephonic recording of the manager.
