Complaint against shopkeeper regarding misbehavior and harrasement

We have bought a Livguard by Luminous battery for Alto Car from Shri Krishna Batteries, Ravi market, near Gillco valley, Mundi Kharar, on 18-08-2017.Today (15 July 2021), our car battery was not working and we went there to replace or do the needful as our battery is under warranty of 51 months.
Firstly, my dad visited there and shopkeeper gave them new battery of Amaron @ 3000/- by denying that our old battery is out of warranty now as they consider only 24 months for warranty period.
Then, again I visited there to return their new battery as we were not satisfied that why they haven't told us anything about 51 months if written warranty by company. I told them to return our old battery and warranty card, so that we can talk to the company directly on our behalf, if they couldn't do anything regarding our concern. But the shopkeeper denied to talk to us furiously in a very rude way and started mayhem, saying that we didn't go to your home to deliver the battery, you yourself came here.
We had purchased the previous battery from there, that's why we visited there to solve our concern.
After 1 hour of harassment and gibberish talking, he returned our old battery to us and refunded our amount of 3000/- for returning new battery.
I tried uploading here the pics of the product, warranty card and my injured hand, but there's occurring some kind of error. My humble request here is to take strict actions against such type of behaveless persons, so that in future no other customer goes through the situation from which we have gone through.
I shall be very thankful to you for the genuine and quick actions.
