We bought Kellogg's chocos from Dwarkadeesh Provisions General Store on May 27, 2020. When I started eating it, I discovered that there was insect inside the packet and that it had already expired in 2017.
As this is not the first time such an incident has occurred, the shopkeeper knowingly sold expired goods.
This time, I unknowingly consumed the Kelloggs chocos pack, and I am now very concerned about my health and safety as a result.
It was the shokeeper's responsibility to destroy the expired food items, but he failed several times.
What happened to FFSAI? Why aren't store audits performed to ensure that shopkeepers are following the law?
Concerning this incident, I request that Kelloggs and FSSAI compensate me in the amount of RS 50,00,000 for their negligence, which put my health and safety at risk.
In addition, I request that the retailer be investigated and that strict action be taken against him.
