i am a consumer of aditya birla health insurance for the last 3 years , in jan 2021 i was admitted in trimurti hospital on basis of covid sysmptoms ,i intimated the company on the same day as to which i was told due to covid i am to submitt the relevant document after discharge , as to which i send the documents with treatment ,bilss,diagnosis, reports,xrays any everthing that the company demanded . after a month i was told to physically hand over the hard copies to thier branch situated in thane which is one sided aprrox 40 km .as i was still not fully recovered i arranged for a veichle and handed over the documents to them but my claim was rejected without any reasoons or queries just stating that '' discreapancies and lapses noted in event of hospitalisation " as to which i once again applied for reconsideration with relevent documents but even afte april passed out no reply from company as too which i called the customer care where i recieved the ansew that the case cannot be reopened . i saked them for the reason as to which they replied that it is confidential and cannot be revealed .
