Hi Sir,
I bought a cooler from Shree Parwati Electronics Owner Name Umesh Gupta Mob. No.±91 9136884628, this product has two years warranty but after one year it's motor has burn and real problem starts now after regularly calling for ten days he managed a mechanic for visit. Mechanic came and checked the cooler and said motor has burned need to replace the same and I will visit tomorrow after waiting for 2 days I personally visited the shop and had an argument with Gupta and finally he said I have to bring the burn motor than he will give me the new one. I requested him just give me a new motor today and I will get it replaced and definitely I will submit the burned one to you tommorow but he denied for it.
Being in warranty I have to struggle and suffer mental harrasment.
