Sir I have paid premium of R's.26252/ to Allahabad bank mediclaim section.on 13/11/18.by transferred directly from my account no.21200628781.from old polytechnic branch Ahmadabad.i was admitted in hospital on 8/5/19 and 11/5/19.isubmitt my hospitalised bill on 19/5/19.TPA heritage health received my bill on 25/5/19.till today they have not passed my bill ,,nor raised any quiry,,and not even replied on my bill for not passing.
