Misleading, Unsucessfull delivery and fraud by DTC Packege and movers

I would like to share wordst experience with DTC Package and movers.

I was called on Justdial dated 16.09.2018 regarding Package and movers from Vadodara to Panvel and Pune drop.

Mr. Kuldeep from DTC Express package and movers called on me my cell no. 9323 964 964 to provide services. Mr. Kuldeep visited at my home in Vadodara Tandalja and provided me quotation of 26,000 Rs for entire stuff Packaging and loading from Vadodara 2 place via Single 19 Feet Truck. As accepted by him to part delivery household to Panvel unloading - loading on 4th floor and part delivery of shop musical instrument at MG Road unloading and loading to Shop and rest household to Delivery at wanori unloading and loading on 4th floor. Several time I told him to personally check all stuff I do not want any discrimination after accepting order. Every time he just say " Ho jayega ye to humara roz ka kaam he " and all bullshitt. Committed date to commence job was on Friday 21.09.2018 by afternoon 3pm. By 12pm staff of dtc package and movers came and started packaging stuff and removed entire stuff from house and kept in parking area by 8 pm. Kuldeep told that by 9pm Truck will arrive and will load entire stuff in truck but no body turn up. entire night my valuable house hold stuff and Musical instrument of my shop was laying in parking area. Several times called Kuldeep he just say truck is on the way coming and coming till 11.30pm later on she switched off mobile phone. My aged uncle was sitting with stuff for entire night as it is rural area there is lot of chances of theft incident we do not want to take chance.

On 22.09.2018 around 1pm along with packaging staff Kuldeep came and say pay me 50,000 Rs for your entire stuff to be shifted in Panvel and pune. My uncle said deal was done in 26,000 Rs, he 24,000 Rs GST we have to pay for all musical instruments and household material to raise e way bill. we denied to pay and we said that e way will we will manage. we placed online request of E way bill and get it via us so he was very angry because he couldn't able to eat our money. We paid 15,000 Rs to him as advance and committed for rest 10,000 Rs after delivery of stuff in pune he was agreed for the same.
Stuff was mover by truck at 8pm on 22.09.2018 however it should moved by 3pm. still we ignore that.

Stuff reached in panvel at 6am on 23.09.2018 as informed earlier to Mr. Kuldeep singh that material to be unload and deliver on 4th floor but there was no arrangement of labor. I have to take leave to my office for get material loaded. After regress follow up with Kuldeep 4 labor came by 12pm and they delivered stuff on 4th floor. All wooden material eg. sofa, bed was damaged very badly due to poor packaging. Kuldeep called me and said make payment of pending 11,000 Rs I said it was agreed by you that rest payment will be hand over once successful delivery in pune. He denied that and told me that I am going to unload entire stuff on road and my truck will be moving back to Vadodara if payment will not made immediately. He assured me that Pune delivery will be smooth he will arrange entire team before reaching to pune on his commitment I made pending payment. Truck was moved towards pune by 5pm my uncle was with truck because I was not having any trust on this people, they were started playing around.

My uncle called Kuldeep by 9pm that truck is about to reach Shop has labor reached for unloading. He said that nobody will come to unload and no delivery can be carried out on shop. They are taking truck to there office and from office we have to collect entire stuff. I was lucky that my uncle was with truck he forced truck driver and take truck to home address in wanori. I called Kuldeep to ask about labor he was totally drunk and started abusing me. My uncle called him he abuse uncle as well. It was ridiculous that a person taken money and not providing service. In midnight around 1am entire household stuff we get unloaded by our worker paid then 1000 Rs for unloading and for loading on 4th floor paid them 3000 Rs also musical instruments which suppose to deliver on shop we was taken by our transport we paid 1500 Rs for transport and 1000 Rs for unloading and shifting till shop on MG road.
