Lodge a complaint regarding the misbehaviour of cab driver and store manager at the Ranchi airport.

I hired swift desire car(invoice number -630) from Ranchi airport to Shalimar Bag Apt Pundag on 15th Oct for a fixed fare of Rs 400. I also had females (my wife and sister)travelling along with me. At the time of payment at the store, it was clearly mentioned the name and location of the destination.
While on our way to destination, the driver started cribbing and started shouting as well. While explaining that I have paid for the trip and he should talk to the store manager, he stopped the car almost 3 Kms before the destination and started yelling at us and said he doesn't care where I complain regarding this.
Finally when I called the store manager at 9334186617 to lodge a complaint about the misbehaviour by the driver, he, instead of listening to me properly started yelling at me and he too asked to file a complaint wherever I want and they don't care.
I would like to draw an urgent attention of the senior management in this regard and take appropriate action against the operator at Ranchi airport store. I must say this is the worst experience I had with Carzonrent.
Looking forward to a strong action against the Ranchi store owner/operator/driver.
