I had been asked by vodafone telecaller to convert my prepaid vodafone number into a postpaid connection whereas i had already possessed one postpaid number. the new postpaid will be joined with my initial one and will be billed not more than Rs. 400/- (for both connection) and both numbers will be getting 1.5 GB data and other few details. I got my other number converted to postpaid. Now, calls are coming to pay for the other postpaid number also whereas for the previous postpaid number the bill has also not been minimised. Please solve this issue and free me from this telephonic harassment from vodafone telecallers / company.
