Myself Mukesh Sachdev.
My Ticket No. is Ticket no: TK2D38625582. I did bus booking before 9 days, however on the journey date they called me that bus is cancelled, so cancel the booking & you will get full refund. But I only received Rs.240 as a refund I still supposed to get Rs.360 more, as I paid Rs. 600. Please do needful as soon as possible.
I also mailed to customer care regarding this, but nobody is responding.
This is the fucking service from REDBUS.
