We have booked our ticket from Kodaikenal to Bangalore through redbus. On 1st evening we got a message that our ticket got cancelled from redbus. With lot of difficulty we get in touch with customer care & they told its a system related error & ticket is not cancelled. On the journey day our name was not in journey list & bus operator also denied to take us. I was having an urgent business meeting to attend on next day & it was completely missed which gave me a business loss. Now after so many days also I have not received the ticket refund money nor these redbus people are responding. Plz help me out. When ever you call customer care its either in huge waiting or if they receive the phone also they used to disconnect in between without addressing the query
