Hi Vivek,
As discuss, yesterday i have been harassed by the KFC staff whenever i go to KFC Mehdipatnam.
Day before last night i went to the KFC outlet Mehdipatnam to buy burger and other combos while paying my bills i told them i am having food coupon which they tried to do it but unfortunately there was some network issues which i can understand.
Again, on Sunday i went to same outlet to buy but this time i was told by your staff and outlet manager that this kind of coupon they never accept but when i told them that i have paying earlier still they were arguing some of the staff saying that they are working here for last 7 years and they never came across such coupons and infact the manager was also arguing but when i told him that i have paid earlier also and i showed him the transaction report also but somehow they were trying to justify themselves that they are right.
Then i spoke to you and you were also trying to teach about POS system but assured me that you will check and get back to me.
Later after arguing for an hour with the outlet manager i came back home empty handed.
i got a call after an hour from the manager and he is apologizing for the mistake.
My question is this is my wallet money and i have been paying every time and every time i had to fight with them but yesterday experience was very bad. I am attaching my transaction report for your reference and also i have a video recording of the conversation but i am not attaching it now.
Can you please make sure that this kind of Embarrassment should not occur in future and kindly give training to your managers and staff.
