Goibibo NOT Refunding Scammed Rs 33000/- and Giving Mental Harrassment

Goibibo is a Fraud company!
I made a booking for international air travel (Booking ID: AMDR7X9JA) on September 23rd, 2017. The cost of ticket was Rs.27500/- (see image for reference). This amount is inclusive of Goibibo eCash + Base Fare + taxes + convenience Fee). The company has ignored all my proofs and is holding on to the fact that the fares are "dynamic" in nature.
This joke of a company has - on their website - an algorithm which redirects you back to the search results if at all the price changes (even during entering your personal information while booking the ticket) - hence the argument of the "dynamic pricing" falls flat.
Also, These crooks have apparently put into place a "15 min window" also called the final payment review window. this "window" displays the amount that will be charged to the customer. The amount is also visible on our bank's OTP page for payment confirmation. On all these "window" occasions I was shown Rs. 27500/-. however, when I realized what these corporate thieves have done when i got an SMS intimation from my bank that an amount of Rs. 60576/- was debited from my account and NOT the PROMISED Rs.27500/-
I urge the ministry of consumer affairs to look into this matter on urgent basis, because despite repeated followups, the Frauds at GOIBIBO maintain their "we don't know" and "dynamic pricing" argument.
I Claim the scammed Rs. 33000/- plus refund of convenience fee of Rs.400/- (as their website is just not worth that amount! after putting me in such stress) plus mental harrassment charge of Rs. 5000/- Amounting to a total of Rs. 38400 (Rupees Thirty Eight Thousand Four hundred only) that Goibibo better pay up!
