I just now made a booking at EaseMyTrip for my son who is to travel to Canada, classes starting immediately.
His name is Salman Mahajir, travel 01-03-2019 9:20 pm, Hyd-Dubai-Pearson (Toronto),

I was charged for the ticket.
The transaction is confirmed.
The insurance was also charged for.
Yet, the ticket confirmation is shown pending and on contact Ease My Trip executive on 011-43131313 he stated their team is contacting the airline and the ticket can be either confirmed or rejected and that if rejected the refund will be made in 72 hours.
How can Ease My Trip charge my card before the confirmation of the ticket ? Are they speculating on ticket availability ? If the ticket is rejected and my card limit is exhausted, how will I book an alternative ticket ? This is unacceptable and must result in legal action against Ease My Trip.
They cannot collect money from clients and hold their money like this, not making an immediate refund.
