I, Mr. Pradeep Shetty had taken Videocon TV on 9th October 2016 with a warranty period of 5 years.
In the month of June 2019 as the television was not properly working we called up the service person who informed that there is some problem in the panel which cannot be repaired from their end. He asked us to inform the company. On 7th July we raised a complaint at the company regarding the same. Its almost three months that we are been given a reason that either the server is down or there is some technical issues. Inspite of regular follow up our issues have not been resolved. Currently, nobody is attending to the call.
Request for the solution at the earliest.
