Hi Team,
I had initiated a new installation request for Tikona wireless connection in Jun 2015. I had paid Rs 2380, but the connection only worked for about a week. I made multiple complaints to Tikona both over email and phone. hey had neither corrected the problem, nor returned the money. Lately they have started asking for additional money and are getting into Harrassment mode. I have multiple emails whereby I had requested them to disconnect and finally they took away device as well.

    I had also submitted the router device way back on Jan 2nd 2016. I had also sent the details to j.nair@tikona.in in June/July 2015 multiple times with request around this connection.

    Hi Team,

    Pls note if I remember correctly the connection only worked for 7/10 days in total. If you look into your records of calls and emails I had sent, you would be able to validate this. There was one particular email from your Engineer as well whereby he had said that this connection cannot work and is technically infeasible. I had paid Rs 2380 in advance and connection didn't work after repeated requests. Ideally the money needs to be returned to me by Tikona.

    I am continuing to get harrassing calls/sms even now. This is causing lot of mental agony. I would request you folks to close this on priority.
