Dear Sir,
I want to complaint against the True Taxi Service (Website - https://truetaxifare.com/) - Contact Person "Anil Choudhary (Cell No. - 8107939336 & 7878608615).
My father had the surgery in Jaipur (Etremal Hospital). After discharge, We booked Taxi (Innova) from this Taxi service provider. We given prebooked amount 1000 INR through online mode.
This person sent one Car with driver. However, Driver came after 4 PM at the said location but with wrong Car (Model no. quite old 2015 Model and Car was Punctured on the way to reaching the spot).
By seeing the condition of Car as well, we were told to send 2018 car, We asked to replace the Car and it took almost up to 7 PM but Taxi service didn't replaced the Car.
Further, Driver started to use abusive language due to delay which happened from 7 PM to 8.30 PM due to discharge formalities. Finally, One driver denied not to go for this trip due to delay and asked us to Give 1000 Rupees else he will not return our luggage which was kept in the Car, Moreover, he took our luggage with the Car. Other driver came and Finally, we had to give 1000 rupees more to Driver and we released our luggage from the Car.
We didn't use the Taxi service, however, we paid 2000 INR without using the service. Kindly take the action for this service provider.
